Hi there I own a tm450 enduro bike 2008 I bought second hand ,bike started and have rode bike , I accidentally flatten the battery , i purchased a charger and recharged the battery the bike turns over but won’t start ,is there a relay that may have been damaged when I charged battery,when I turn the throttle I can hear a noise that sound like trying to suck fuel up. It’s a slurping sound

Bashan 250cc quad bike only runs/idles with choke open. Had already looks at pilot jet and main jet, everything is fine. Float adjusted to the required height. Need help on factory setting of fuel/air mixture screw. Need is currently placed in the 3rd slot groove. When I close the choke the idle Rpm increase alot, high idle, but when I open the choke up again idle comes down but it's still not were I want the idle to be.
